We only ship packages on Monday through Wednesday UNLESS your package contains no wax products.  We take extra care to make sure your product does not arrive melted by only shipping on these days.  If your order does not contain wax products it may ship any day of the week. 

Ready to Ship *RTS*: All RTS items will ship the same day if ordered by 3pm CST.   Please note: If RTS is ordered with any Made to order or preorder items, the order will be held until everything is complete.) If you don’t see shippin within 5-7 days please check to see if an item was out of stock by emailing hello@moosecreekcandles.com

In Stock Items ship within 5-7 Business Days, please reference above if your order contains wax products. (ie: if you order on a wednesday after 3pm, your order will not ship until the following Monday)

*Business days do NOT include Holidays or Weekends. Operating hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 3:30pm CST

SHIPPING Times could be increased during a SALE, this will be noted at the top of the website and announced on our Social Media Pages if this happens.

We strive to always ship out before this time but we have time built in for delays, weather, etc.

• You choose your shipping method at checkout. We offer USPS and UPS.
• You will automatically be provided a tracking number to your email when your item(s) ship.
• We are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages once they leave our business.
